How do I return an item purchased on Artofcards?

You can conveniently seek refund if you've received an item in a 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described' state. You will have a Returns Tab in your order history which will help you in initiating the returns. Go to your My Orders Page. Each order will be in a different section. Scroll down to the order you want to return. Click the Return item button on the right side of the product you wish to return.* Opt for the return *Select a reason for return from the drop-down menu. *You can even briefly explain the problem in the box that appears below the drop-down menu. *You can either select the pickup address same as your delivery address or a different address from for picking up your orders. *Select the mode of refund where you want your money to be credited.

A) You can opt to get your refund in original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or wallets) whereby the money will be credited within 15-20 bank working days after product pickup in your respective bank account if paid through credit card, debit card, netbanking or wallets.

What is ARTOFCARDS Buyer Protection?

ARTOFCARDS Buyer Protection seeks to help Buyers who have an issue with a product as the Seller is unable to provide resolution and the Buyer is unconvinced. Write to us at care@Artofcards.com in case you want to raise a dispute. Artofcards online looks at each dispute on a case-by-case basis and tries to be fair to both parties. Buyers and Sellers are subject to final consent from Artofcards online for settling the dispute. We hope you understand that the product is not used or tampered in any way/manner. Please include Artofcards price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

When are returns not possible?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns - Return request is made outside the specified time frame- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it

• - Products with tampered or missing barcodes or tags - Items that are returned without original packaging.
• - No returns for discounted products, SALE products, limited time release products and digital products/downloads.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the original Artofcards delivered product. Further, the free gift needs to be returned in part return as well.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, a return can be initiated at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. In case of partial refund, the charges on account of shipping, payment transaction, convenience fee etc. as incurred by us, shall be deducted while initiating you refund.

Return Link is not available. What should I do?

Return tab will be available only till 7days post delivery of the product.

When will I get Refund for the products that I have returned ?

Once the shipment is returned we would endeavour to initiate refund immediately and credit will be placed thereafter in 7-10 working days as per bank policies

Note:

Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include Artofcards price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

If the package received does not match the above requirements, Artofcards holds the right to not make any refunds.

Cancellation Policy

How do I cancel an order?

You will have a cancel tab in your order history to initiate cancellation. Cancellation will be initiated only if your order is not shipped.

Please note cancellation will be allowed till the order status is yet to be shipped, once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned back as per returns policy.

In case your order is shipped, you will have to wait until the order is delivered and initiate a return request if you still wish to cancel or you may reach us at orders@Artofcards.com However please note, Cancellation can also be initiated by Artofcards in the event we are unable to fulfil an order. In such event customer would be duly informed and a full refund (INCLUDING SHIPPING) would be initiated to the original mode of payment.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, refund will be initiated at the earliest andyou will be notified of the same.

The money will be transferred back to the original mode of payment. It would further take 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund from our side.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

You can select the mode of refund where you want your money to be credited.

You can opt to get your refund in original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking or wallets) whereby the money will be credited within 15-20 bank working days after cancellation in your respective bank account if paid through credit card, debit card, netbanking or wallets.

I've still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?

If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then be rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.

Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn't happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.

SHIPPING POLICY

We Offer FREE SHIPPING to our domestic Indian customers where shopping is above Rs._________/-. We charge a nominal fee of Rs._______ if the shopping amount is below Rs.______/-.

It is our endeavour to ship Artofcards Items in your order together. However this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

There May Be Restrictions on Accepting Orders For Delivery in Certain Pin Codes as the Product cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, the order will not be accepted online and a message will be displayed requesting you to provide an alternate PIN Code.

How can I change the shipping address of my order?

You can change your shipping address by logging in to your Artofcards account. You can select the order, the new address that you wish to ship to and update by clicking on “change address” button. However, you can’t change the shipping address once your order is shipped.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Artofcards.com, its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon your actions or inactions, which may result in any loss or liability to Company or Artofcards.com or any third party including but not limited to breach of any warranties, representations or undertakings or in relation to the non-fulfilment of any of your obligations under this User Agreement or arising out of your violation of any applicable laws, regulations including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, payment of statutory dues and taxes, claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other subscribers and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

This clause shall survive the expiry or termination of this User Agreement.

Termination

This User Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Artofcards.com. You may terminate this User Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. Artofcards.com may terminate this User Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, such termination will be without any liability to Artofcards.com. Upon any termination of the User Agreement by either you or Artofcards.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the User Agreement or otherwise. Any such termination of the User Agreement shall not cancel your obligation to pay for the product already ordered from the Site or affect any liability that may have arisen under the User Agreement.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The Site is provided without any warranties or guarantees and in an 'As Is' condition. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Site. The Site provides content from other Internet sites or resources and while Artofcards.com tries to ensure that material included on the Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. Artofcards.com will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems, you may experience with the Site. This disclaimer constitutes an essential part of this User Agreement. Consequently, Artofcards.com assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of the delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Site; and/or any interruption or errors in the operation of the Site.

PCPL determines the purpose and means of processing of your information (including Personal Information and Sensitive Personal Data or Information). However, we are not storing and/or saving your bank/credit card / debit card and/or payment details in any manner whatsoever and we shall not be liable in case of misuse of the same.

b) You may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number. However, please note that you may visit our Sites anonymously. You represent that the information or data you provide from time to time is and shall be correct, current and updated and you have all the rights, permissions and consents to provide such information or data. Your providing the data/ information and the Company’s consequent storage, collection, usage, transfer, access or processing of the same shall not be in violation of any third-party agreement, laws, judgments, orders or decrees.

Our mobile application will request to access Storage, Call, SMS and Camera services which are required for certain feature to work on in the mobile application. For e.g. we generate OTP for initial authentication for which we need access to your SMS for auto read OTP.

2.3.e It may be noted that we handle all such information in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law from time to time and only for the duration lawfully required. We may disclose aggregated information, including to aggregators, about the use of the Site and/or the Mobile Applications without Personal Information.
